Performance

Ekaterina Cheporova, born in 2002 in Russia, began studying modern dance and jazz at age 12, competing in events like the European and World Championships. In 2017, she joined Sona Hovsepyan Dance Company in Moscow and later the Chamber State Theater Dance Company in Voronezh. She performed solo in 'Red Flag, Ministry of Love' for the Batsheva Creates Project. At 17, she joined Maslool School of Contemporary Dance in Tel-Aviv, and then Codarts University of the Arts, studying various dance techniques and performing in creations such as 'Almost Home' by Antonin Rioche, 'Part (T)Rap' by Ton Simons and others. She also explored choreography and filmmaking, creating two films during her studies. In 2024, she starred in 'Sticks and Stones' for Nowness. Ekaterina participated in numerous intensives, including Batsheva, OpenLook, Sharon Eyal, Humanhood intensive, Gaga Lab, Orsolina28, where she received a scholarship, got invited for NDT Summer Intensive 2024, Peeping Tom kitchen laboratory and La Biennale di Venezia Dance College 2024. She joined TANZ_KASSEL in 2024 and Korsia in 2025.
